33 is made with Dewasansan rice grown by our very own rice research institute that has been polished in house to 33% to extract all its potential. With a gentle yet rich aroma of ripened fruits, the essence of every single flavour umami, dry, sweet and sour, spreads out leaving behind a lovely aftertaste.
To craft the ultimate Junmai-Daiginjo sake, we have polished down Yamada-Nishiki rice to 23% of its original grain weight.Dassai 23 shows delicate floral aromas with a palate reminiscent of honey and an elegant lasting finish.

Aroma: Superbly clean, zesty lemon and lemon meringue pie with subtle eucalyptus. Taste: Clean, fresh and zippy. Zesty lemon with a slight bitter note, as one might expect from lemons. Aftertaste: Clean, fresh lemon with slightly bitter zesty lemony bite. Overall: Pungent aroma and assertive palate with full-on zesty lemon. ABV: 40% |
Nose: Spiced fruit punch, with a touch of warming oak in the background. A few hints of zesty tropical fruit, too.
Palate: The Sherry cask-matured whisky really starts to take control on the palate, with milk chocolate and rain notes developing at its core. Lemon zest and shortbread. Finish: A lengthy finish, boasting caramel and rye bread. ABV : 46% |

The 19 Year Old is the first PX Sherry expression that Bladnoch has released. The flavourful casks have imparted delectable notes of dark liquorice sticks, dried apricots and warming nutmeg into the golden-hued whisky.
