The Castilla-La Mancha region, located on the central plateau of the Iberian Peninsula, is home to the world’s largest vineyard. Varietal wines, sangrias, and musts are produced in this vast wine-producing area. Airén and Tempranillo are the most characteristic grapes of this area. Other non-native grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Viura, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and others yield excellent results due to the region’s climatic and soil conditions.

Tasting Notes

With a soft, bright yellow color, with fine, constant bubbles, it combines aromas of white fruits and a touch of fresh grass, with citrus and fruity notes, good acidity and a pleasant texture.

It is suitable only as an aperitif, to accompany sweet and fruit desserts, Mediterranean-style salads, seafood.
