Lively and elegant, never cloying. Made from Brachetto grapes, vinified as a red wine with low-temperature maceration on the skins for two days. Sparkling wine made in an autoclave using the Martinotti Method. It pairs well with desserts and fruit, ideal for delicate, fruity cocktails, but its moderate tannins also surprise with savory dishes.
The color is a medium-intense ruby red, tending toward light garnet. The musky aroma is intense, very delicate yet equally intense and fragrant. The taste is sweet and smooth, with a heady hint of old roses.
