TROPICAL FLAVOUR
As summer ends, a selection of our most refreshing white grapes
ferments slowly under temperature control. After a few days, once
fermentation is complete, we add a small amount of fresh must to
slightly sweeten and obtain our smoothest, fruitiest white wine. The
perfect gateway to discovering the marvellous world of wine.
Lemon-yellow in colour with green-hued reflections. Aromas of stone fruit (peach), banana and gumdrops over a citrus (lemon) and
herbaceous (boxwood) background. Reminiscent of lavender. On
the palate, it is sugary, fresh and quite fruity. Slightly tart finish with
herbaceous recollections.
