Tasting Notes Dark Fruits, Maple, Spice, Vanilla, Cocoa Winemaking Notes Grapes for Apothic Inferno were harvested and de-stemmed, then fermented for an average of four to six days in a combination of cone-sweep and upright tanks. The wine is then oak aged for three to six months, then aged an additional 60+ days in whiskey barrels, giving Apothic Inferno its unique flavor profile.
