This edition of the coastal blended Scotch whisky is a combo of single cask single malts from Orkney, Arran, Jura, and Islay that were all treated to a finish in Tequila casks. Time to experiment with making whisky-based Palomas we reckon.
Tasting notes : Bursts of citrus and puffs of bonfire smoke, along with a crème brûlée creaminess. A lingering finish with brown sugar and toasted oak.
